Very easy to do, instructions are great.

This review is from: Proform 6. I got it two days ago. One can plug in their Mp3 player and listen to it through the machines speakers!! I was very surprised how well and loud it sounds! I use my Apple Shuffle. On the downside the fan is very tiny and can barely feel a breeze. 5 relaxed hrs. I picked up the machine myself so the box was in perfect condition. Fit perfectly in my crv. One more thing – there doesn’t seem to be an option for length of time to workout,all workouts are preset to 30 min only but that’s enough for me! For the price $399 this is a great deal,but the factory has to pay attention to what they are doing, the part that the factory put together was missing a washer so I could not use my Elliptical for about two weeks, other than that my son, grandson and wife use it on a reagular basis. Recommend if you are looking for an Elliptical machine that’s within the budget this one has it all.

I have only had this elliptical for a short while, but I am very impressed!! I’m 5’10, 240 lbs and it feels sturdy! The action itself is very smooth, not jerky. The computer that comes with the machine has I believe 12 different workouts, calculates distance, RPM’s, calories burned and ur heart rate!! HR may be off a bit, but they are never that accurate anyways. After a few uses it did start to squeak a bit, but spent a few minutes re-tightening a few bolts, which were very easy to get at and no more squeaking!! Am I happy? Very! Its a very good machine and gives you a very good workout, and it appears to be very durable. I put it together by myself in approx 1. I recommend you buy the power adapter for it. Otherwise 1 has to use 4 D batteries!! Pros:

Very good machine so far .Set up was not bad at all.Can’t beat the price.Set up was about 2 1/2 hours.I was afraid of delivery ,because who knows want kind of condition the box would be in.I would definately recommend this elliptical.

I was very skeptical about the stability of such an inexpensive elliptical, but it has worked great for the past 3 months. I am 5ft 8in, 200lbs. But the stride length works out great for me, especially because the foot pedals are open at the heel area-so very roomy. Extremely quiet even at the highest resistance levels. Also I cant work out in the dark because the screen has NO kind of lighting, if you are in a dark room with only the t.v.on; you are left guessing how much longer your workout is or the distance you’ve done. …(more about : Schwinn Elliptical Trainer)
